Massive Warfare Strategy Guide

When I did a search on Massive Warfare Strategy or Guide, I found some links and posts such as:
  • Massive Warfare Aftermath Cheats, Tips, Strategy Guide - MrGuider
  • Massive Warfare Aftermath Guide Tips Cheats Strategies to Destroy Your Enemies - LevelWinner
  • Cheats and Tricks to Win Massive Warfare Aftermath - RedMoonPie
I do appreciate if the authors were really trying to help (I even read their posts when I started playing). However, when I write such a strategy post, my intention will be to really improve your game such that you can really progress and enjoy your gaming experience. As such, I will really appreciate if the authors of the posts really have an in-depth playing experience in the game producing a quality guide.

In order to have some credibility, my statistics is published below:
  1. Kills/Battle (K/B): 32.3
  2. Kills/Death Ration (KDR) > 10
  3. War Best: 6,140
  4. Behemoth: 85 kills
While this may not be comparable to top players, it is definitely above the average.

So let's start off with their recommendation and my comments...

  1. Turn off Auto-aim (MrGuider, RedMoonPie)

  2. I am wondering whether have they played War Machines prior to this game in which only manual aim is available and it was so painful? Also, have they copied each other's posts? People complain that auto-aim is unreliable and it switches to another target randomly when you are locked on to the nearest target.

Auto-aim and lock-on help immensely in this game, period. You must know how to use lock-on. Many may not know that you can hold on to the lock-on button all the time and release it when you have acquired the target lock. I noticed you turn or move slightly slower when holding on to it. You can also cycle through your nearby targets by releasing and depressing it repeatedly.

On the contrary, I recommend to TURN ON AUTO-AIM but use LOCK-ON intelligently.

  3. Keep an eye/Focus on the mini-map (MrGuider, RedMoonPie)

  4. "Don’t go where there are more than one or two vehicles. Start moving in that direction where there is a single vehicle or target a specific vehicle at a time." - MrGuider.
On the contary, you should look out for 2 vechicles already damaged in a dog fight, steal kill the dying one and kill off the other.

Yes, keep an eye on the mini-map to avoid ambuses or target approaching you so you can anticipate. Never be over-reliant though as stealth tech will make them invisible on the radar (as well as grey them out physically on ground).

  5. Fire accurately to deal more damage (MrGuider, RedMoonPie)

  6. "You can use the zoom-in feature to fire accurately." - MrGuider
"It will help you aim the target with accuracy and help you destroy more vehicles while bringing you rewards" - RedMoonPie

In fact, zoom in or scope in will have an additional 5% damage. Learn the drill of scope in, kill, then scope out esp. for tanks. With striker skill and damage paint, that 5% can have a huge damage boost.

However, I do not recommend for fast vechicles like choppers or hovers. By closing the gap, esp. the chopper, they fire faster esp. with fast reload+. Also, a few of the pilot skills favor closing the distance. With chopper and hover, if you manage to do a critical hit from the back, it is additional 50% damage instead.

  7. Movement Is The Key (LevelWinner)

  8. Yes and No.

No for tanks, since my focus is on kills and sniping at blind/strategic spots, I do not really need movement and armor.

Yes for hovers and esp. choppers. You got to be always on the move to avoid being locked on and shot at. He also has some useful tip on cutting corners (go through gaps of building or obstacles) to break the line of sight. I will also recommend not turning on the spot for choppers but turn around in an arc around the building/obstacle if possible to get back at the vechicle shooting at you if you really want to.

Another useful tip he gave was to rush pass them with chopper, but I recommend to tap or reverse slowly to critically hit them from their back as demonstrated by Gr1m.X66 YouTube video at 2:50.

  9. Grab those boosters and cash (MrGuider, RedMoonPie)

  10. Have a priority list for collection. My priorities are:

    • Gold
    • Life (NOT Life-up)
    • Power-ups
    • Cash

Some explanation on "Life". I will sacrifice myself by turbo rushing to get the gold using my judgement. Next then is Life i.e. I will not risk getting myself killed just to collect. Btw, VIP and experience points are not even on my list.

  11. Don't Limit Yourself to One Type of Vehicle (LevelWinner)

  12. Yes, I agree, but for different reasons. Your style and completion of daily quests.

If your style is to camp and snipe at blind/strategic spots, then tanks (except T4 Challenger/Goliath or T6 TK6) will suit you.

If your style is to crash and burn, then hovers and choppers will be more suitable for you.

Also for daily quests, you will be forced to use different vehicles to complete the quests for gold.
For survivor, you will need to use all 3 types of vehicles to maximise your winning chances.

  13. Focus on vehicle upgrade (MrGuider, RedMoonPie) vs Do not upgrade too much on Starting Vehicle (LevelWinner)

  14. Generally, I agree with LevelWinner not to spend too much on upgrading starting vehicle. In fact, there are a few tips on upgrading such as not to overcook so as to optimize for killing bots and also recommendation for buying vehicles.

For upgrades, I generally recommend to upgrade the firepower below the "rate" line i.e. if the next firepower upgrade lowers the fire-rate (T7 vehicles being the exception), then stop. Also, I generally do not upgrade the hull as it will significantly increase the Combat Strength (CS) of the enemy/bot vehcicles. My objective is to kill the bots as fast as possible (as few or one-shot if possible), so keeping the CS low also will yield a lower health enemy/bot. If their hull are high, then they may not have the high firepower to one-shot you so easily.

    A typical upgrade will be:

    Firepower Supply Hull Engine Mobility

    • Killer Whale, Thunder: 10 18 0 0 0
    • Arbiter: 10 20 0 0 0
    • Challenger: 10 28 0 0 0
    • Goliath: 28 31 0 0 0
    • Behemoth: 40 36 0 0 0

  15. Get free gold and use them to get Camouflages and Stickers (MrGuider, RedMoonPie)

  16. Yes, but try to get out of the rat-race by moving up the tier just like in real life. At low tier, camouflages are cheap but at T7 e.g. 35% damage for 3 days cost 140 gold. By then, you should be using striker at an optimized configuration to one-shot targets without paint. So use your gold to get to the top of the food chain. More recommendation to move up the tier list in another post.

  17. Armored Skill is much better than Flanker (LevelWinner)

  18. Yes I agree, not all skills are the same and some skills are better than others. I will update that in another post.

Clash of Kings - The West: Forging Guiding

I dedicate one guide to forging equipment to show how important it is.

Clash of Kings Club has covered a very comprehensive intermediate guide on forging equipment guide so I will not repeat it here.

Let's start with the workshop.

  1. Almost towards the bottom right, pay close attention to the smelting button. You can change it to green and you should do it. We want to start off with green and synthesize them to at least purple. The white ones can be acquired through free gift, monster drops, equipment chests etc.
  2. On the bottom left, there is a queue. You should be able to activate 3 of them with ease. First being free, second 1 gold, third 10 gold, fourth 100 gold, subsequently 300 gold each. Without research speed up, it will take 8 hrs to clear one and a full 24 hrs to clear the queue. After first full speed up (-30%), it takes 6 hrs 18 min to clear one.

The workshop cannot be upgraded. In order to speed up the production of stones, research has to be done at the college with a caveat, research stones. Previously, research stone drops were very rare. CoK TW just recently implemented Novia's gift which provided quite a fair number of research stones. Use them primarily to speed up stones production.

I will post more later...

Real Steel WRB Video - Atom (90) vs Gold Zeus (263)

1-trick pony but needs practise and a cool head to pull it off every time. Credits to Живая сталь.
  1. Double Left (LL) - back off a distance
  2. Up Heavy (UH) - heavy punch
  3. Special - when Zeus attack
  4. Right Heavy (RH) - jump attack when Zeus just recovers from your special then LL to retreat.
  5. Down Heavy (DH) - shoulder when Zeus is quite close, use LL to retreat after that.

Real Steel Strategy Guide

I'm pretty pissed off at the same old 5 cheats that everybody whom copied and put into their strategy guide. I doubt that they even experiment with them or do more than that. I walk the talk and I will be coming with my own strategy or guide myself as I play along.

  1. Gold Coins & Boss Pack - Buy it if you have the money. If not, watch videos till you have 990 gold coins or wait for the special offer which I saw once was at 500 gold coins. The videos are aplenty. *Update: Other places you can get 100 gold coins are earn 10M silver coins, reach level 30, own 20 robots, upgrade 20 robots fully and earn 2K gold coins (kind of stupid to get 100 if you got 2K). Also versus events also give you a chance to earn some gold coins.
  2. Unlimited Energy Core - If you are a grinder, buy it. It's a steal at SGD 11.99. If not, just grind with 5 energy cores alternating between Time-trial and Free Sparring Pro mode. I can hardly play and finish. *Update: DO NOT BUY the unlimited energy core until you got your 990 gold coins through free videos. Buying it will raise your VIP level 3 to no ads and no more free videos after that. Anyway, for me what's done could not be undone. I bought the additional double reward for SGD 22.99 to grind.
  3. Upgrades - I upgrade Power and Special. You may not always have the chance to unleash your special or you may miss it. You will also need power to grind the time-based attacks. You will need damage to win the final bosses.
  4. Robots - If you do not want to wait until 990 gold coins and want to earn as you go, I suggest you buy the robots that the special is unable to be blocked. Atom, Hollow Jack, Twin Cities and Zeus are the ones. Total 1250 gold coins. The boss pack already included Twin Cities and Zeus. You can also invite a Facebook friend and if he installs it and pass you a free Robot pass, you can get Aqua Robot as you first free robot and a free robot at every major stage. *Update: I sent a Facebook invite to a friend and he installed it via the link. He linked his game to Facebook. Till date, I have not received my free robot pass in my in-game message inbox. I wrote to support but there is no reply. I gave up. **Update: I have finally received the free Bluebot after the support manually gave it to me. The next stage free AquaBot needs 2 Facebook invites, sigh...
  5. Blocks and Combos - I blocked while I stood still, not so effective. I have accidently pressed forward and blocked before (hints also stated that). Also, I have a 2% combo, I noticed I need to do different directional punches e.g. LP, RLP, ULP, HP. Perhaps practice it with the easiest time-based mode or local  LAN multiplayer mode. *Update: The game hints mentioned every robot has a unique heavy attack and that is true. Experment and usually there will be one that is the farthest and fastest. E.g. Asura & Midas-Gold is RH. Just be careful to retreat with double-tap L or RB (Right-Block) if you are too close or chain it with your own special. If you are good, even an Atom (90) can beat a Gold Zeus (263) with the 1-trick pony.
  6. Versus - After the initial Quick Match-up and you win, send a taunt (it's free anyway). Players will tend to revenge you and you will be able to see the stats of the player's robot from the Match Log and choose a matching or overwhelming robot you own to revenge him to get win streaks. Doing an unknown find player can often lead you to an overwhelming robot esp. if your win streaks are high. If you reject, your next find will be 1 gold, 2 gold not sure how many after that... likely to the power of 2.
I felt the game is not too difficult but a bit grindy even for those Pay-2-Win (P2W). Unless, you keep on dumping money to buy gold, you still need to grind for the upgrades after you bought the premium robots. Those that have patience can raise the robots to 4-stars. Kind of imagine the Gold 4-stars robots have out-of-this-world stats perhaps...

Stay tuned as I update you when I finish the game, owned and fully upgraded all the boss robots.

Now, I am at Gold Midas and almost fully upgraded. 2 more to go - Zeus and Trigore which have overwhelming statistics needs full upgrade.

**Update: I have beaten Trigore. I could not even wait for the full upgrade of power and special (1 short of and hp 2 short of) when I tried to clear Trigore. Gold Midas special long range RH definitely helped here. Now, it's routine upgrade of the rest of the owned robots while I grind for the gold coins. 2 options - go for Trigore or the boss robots. I still remain my gut feel of getting boss bots being the better choice. Leave me a comment otherwise.

Spartania: Casual Strategy Guide & Tips - Part 4

Spartania Advance Guide/Strategy/Tips - Part 4 (Offensive Upgrades)

Firstly, I would not get frustrated when I was being attacked and lost. I knew you needed the treasure chest and also you needed to complete the daily quest. Secondly, I also apologized that I attacked you a bit too often which was way over the limit of the treasure chest queue and daily quest. I will explain later.

Offensive Upgrades

Two school of thoughts for offensive upgrade. Upgrade evenly or max upgrade 1 unit then the next. I tried to upgrade evenly initially, up till about level 23 for the units. While it was effective when I won overwhelmingly since minimal troop lost, I was not really gauranteed a win when I was down to my bones i.e. archers left. While the max upgrade 1 unit method was not as beneficial as defense since the tents did not play a role in offense (surprisingly if you checked, the tents had hp), there were a few reasons and ways for doing that. Again, I like to use turtle as an example since he was so effective. These were taken a while back but his strategy did not change, just 2 more freeze spell pillars perhaps. Other offensive references included MisterE, kwasapijak and vietnam.

Spartania: Casual Strategy Guide & Tips - Part 3

Spartania Advance Guide/Strategy/Tips

Are you still with me and playing Spartania Casual Strategy? Great! Then, you are ready for the advanced strategies of this game.

Defensive Upgrades

My initial strategy was to upgrade my troops and buildings evenly throughout the whole camp to quickly get the most advanced unit aka the Elephant. While that was far and good, it did not stop the other players and barbarians from raiding me successfully. You see, you can use 24 units effectively in offense by deploying the troops enmass in a bunch or tactically stretching your meatshields BUT you can only "station" your defensive troops which limit your units' effectiveness to about about 8 to 10 units (including static defense) engaging at the frontline at any one time. Let's explain with an example to be clearer. These were taken a while back from turtle (but still valid), one of the leaders. There are however, many good examples of defenses like MisterE, Arya, kwasapijak, vietnam, vidock, EchoMike, kingofkings, etc.

Samsung Note 5 Not Charging

Samsung Note 5 Not Charging

I thought this will be the last thing that will happen to me since my Note 5 is relatively new. I had recently updated the firmware on my Samsung Note 5 smartphone and changed to standard charging. My son used my smartphone until 0% and switched off then he started charging. The screen showed the battery lightning logo and 0% battery logo. Then it flashes the battery charging lightning logo on and off. But it never got charged and remained at 0% forever although I was using the original charger. When I switched on, it would power on and before I could even set back to fast charging, it switched off again since it had 0% charge.

I wiped the Note 5 cache partition, rebooted system now and used PC to USB to charge my smartphone to about 10% before I switched on and change it to fast charging to solve the problem.

Wipe Note 5 cache partition

  • Press and hold the Volume Up and the Home buttons first, and then press and hold the Power key.
  • Keep the three buttons pressed and when ‘Samsung Galaxy Note 5’ shows, release the Power key but continue holding the other two.
  • Once the Android logo shows, release both the Volume Up and Home buttons.
  • The Android system recovery screen is shown with its options.
  • Use the Volume Down key to highlight the option ‘Wipe cache partition’ and press the Power key to select it.
  • When the process is complete, use the Volume Down key to highlight the option ‘Reboot system now’ and hit the Power key to restart the phone.
  • The reboot may take a little longer to complete but don’t worry and wait for the device to become active.

Use PC to USB to charge my smartphone to 10%. Thereafter, I could power on and change it to Fast Charging. I could use the original charger to charge after that. Hope this will help you.

Spartania Casual Strategy - Treasures/Collectibles

Here is Spartania Casual Strategy treasures for quick reference. Since Spartania released their treasures, there is more incentive to enter arena and attack someone successfully. The treasures upgrade your hero, entire squadron, defence hp and attack by increments of 5% per level i.e. 2 levels of the treasure upgrade is equivalent to 1 upgrade. I find it more efficient as it upgrades entire squadron of same troops, buildings and defence structures instead of 1 unit at a time. At high levels, the number of treasures needed increases about like 1, 3 or 4, 7, 12, 20, 33, ...

Spartania: Casual Strategy Guide & Tips - Part 2

Spartania Offensive Strategy/Tips

If I have the chance to buy ambrosia and replay Spartania: Casual Strategy all over again, I would have done it differently. I did mention that in my previous post after reviewing the lowest level top 50 player GodIsAlive/JesusIsKing (currently level 32 / rank 26) and also Xinot20002645 who has just overtaken MisterE to be No. 1.
Update: I will review Dennsimus and pablomat who are very successful at low levels right now since the game rules have changed a bit.

Firstly, I would have spent some money to get the 2nd builder immediately. No commission for that, but kind of save you a lot of heartache, trouble and time to get that 2nd builder.

Secondly, this game favors the aggressor or attacker which I would have devoted all or most of my resources to my offensive upgrades. Why? E.g. If you pour in 3/4 of your resources to offense, you can defeat an opponent who put in 1/2 of his resources in defence, simple Maths. Of course you can argue about good defensive formation and bad offensive troop release but if the gap is too wide, you will be overrun. Also, you can get back your resources quickly by looting barbarians/players. Contrary, getting them organically from gold mines and food producers takes forever.

Let us take a look at Dennisimus offense who has reached top 50 at an impressive of only level 41.

Spartania: Casual Strategy Guide & Tips - Part 1

I am playing Spartania: Casual Strategy and it is pretty fun. It is somewhat similar to CoC except it's more like a side-scrolling 3D attack/defence game. Emily Goldring did a super job of a very comprehensive Spartania: Casual Strategy Review so I will not cover that here.

This is my current defence and it is very effective against the barbarian's attacks. So far, I have been breached perhaps fewer than 5 times (usually 2 levels higher) by the barbarians and no player has ever been successful yet.

I tried to find strategy, tips or guide online but I was in vain. So, I am here to help you. If I have the chance to restart again, I may play differently especially after reviewing the lowest level top 50 player GodIsAlive/JesusIsKing (currently level 32 / rank 26) and also Xinot20002645 who has just overtaken MisterE to be No. 1.

My initial strategy was to build a solid defence so that I could get ambrosia by successfully defending the barbarians' attacks. Since I needed 1300 ambrosia for the next builder, I could not wait passively to collect 2 ambrosia bottles that randomly appeared on top of the commander's tent. I noticed that I was attacked by the barbarians only when I was online at the defensive screen. So, I actively stayed on the defensive troop's screen as often and as long as possible to increase my chances of being attacked by barbarians. After the second builder, everybody is even game as you cannot recruit anymore.

Hearthstone LoE Strategy Guide - The Temple of Orsis

The Temple of Orsis

Personally, I used Dragon Priest to clear the whole 1st wing. After playing, I recommend the following below.

Zinaar

Normal: Draw a card. Give your opponent a Wish.
Heroic: Draw a card. Gain a Mana Crystal. Give your opponent a Wish.

For normal, I guess you can clear with any class. You will have an easy time with Priest, Rogue, Mage and Mill Druid. My son even cleared it with Face Hunter.
For Heroic, I will recommend Flamewaker/Mana Wyrm Spell Mage and Mill Rogue.

Recommended Class: Normal (any class), Heroic (Mage, Rogue, Druid)
Recommended Cards: Flamewaker, Mana Wyrm, Frostbolt, Mirror Image, Ice Lance, Fireball, Flamecannon.

Hearthstone Blackrock Mountain - Hidden Laboratory Strategy

I have beaten the final wing of Hearthstone Blackrock Mountain Hidden Laboratory Normal Mode the same night it was released. With that, I have obtained all the Blackrock Mountain and class cards. I walk the talk and I will guide you to get more Legendary cards without purchase.

The final wing Hidden Laboratory bosses were all beaten with one class, namely Priest. The reason, the computer either had 2 silence cards or 2 removal cards in their deck. It is very easy to take advantage of it even when playing against real players. When both cards are used up, you just need to buff one taunt card to very high health and there is no way they can get pass it. So the win condition will be to buff a Deathlord to extreme high health with even free Power Word Shields, Divine Spirit, Dark Cultist (Nax). I was lucky to have 1 Velen's Chosen, 1 Temple Enforcer and 1 Inner Fire with the free decks from those quests of spectating a friend win. Finally, a Kel'Thuzad to repeated revive your Dark Cultist and Temple Enforcer and buff your minions health to seal the victory.

Omnotron Defense System

Hero Powers (Normal) -
Activate Arcanotron! (2 mana)
Activate Toxitron! (4 mana)
Activate Electron! (6 mana)
Activate Magmatron! (8 mana)
Activate! a random tron! (4 mana)

Hero Power (Heroic) -
Activate Arcanotron! (0 mana)
Activate Toxitron! (2 mana)
Activate Electron! (4 mana)
Activate Magmatron! (6 mana)
Activate a random tron! (2 mana)

I chose Priest due to past experiences. First try and I was successful. I put in all my favorite free spells like Holy Smite, Holy Nova as damage would +2 for Arcanotron and cost -2 for Electron. Also removal and buff spells. Their Toxitron will help you to AOE 1 damage but your hero healing power is 2. I saw in gamepedia the boss deck had 2 Earth Shocks and no removals. So if they do not draw Earth Shock and you buff your Deathlord (Nax) to oblivion and Inner Fire, it will be a textbook boss win.

I saw in other sites like gameskinny recommended Warrior as well. I believe it will work as Toxitron will buff your enrage minions or multiply your Grim Patron.

Recommended Class: Priest/Warrior
Recommended Cards: Holy Smite (F), Holy Nova (F) Northshire Cleric (F), Dark Cultist (Nax), Divine Spirit (F), Power Word Shield (F), Shadow Words (F), IBO, High Health Minions, Kel'Thuzard (Nax), Inner Fire, enrage minions, Gurubashi Berserkers

Hearthstone Blackrock Mountain - Blackwing Lair Strategy

I have beaten Hearthstone Blackwing Lair. I will guide you with real-time strategies and personal experiences with clearing them with with most of my basic, Nax and Blackrock wing cards as much as possible. I walk the talk by clearing the wing myself first, then help you get more Legendary cards without purchase.

Razorgore the Untamed

Hero Power (Normal) - The Rookery - Give all Corrupted Eggs +1 Health, then summon one. (1 mana)

Hero Power (Heroic) - The Rookery - Give all Corrupted Eggs +1 Health, then summon one. (0 mana)
I used the basic face rogue deck from Sottle at Icy-Veins with card swaps to defeat Razorgore. You'll need the tempo e.g. Backstab, Shiv, Fan of Knives, Assassinate, Deadly Poison, Sap to clear the Corrupted Eggs before they get bigger and hatch. Combine this with a good mana curve of cheap, effective/Deathrattle minions, weapons and finally expensive efficient minions like Chillwind Yeti, Loatheb, Sludge Belcher and Boulderfist Ogre to defeat Razorgore. RIP Razorgore.

Good luck!

Recommended Class: Rogue

2048 Strategy

2048 strategy - Well, I could not beat it initially until I read someone else's 2048 strategy. But their strategy was really confusing. Worse, everyone copied and pasted the same "confusing" guide.

But, once I saw this picture, it was all crystal clear.

I beat it a couple of times on my first night until I wanted to go higher than 2048, which I did 4096. Then the nausea feeling started to set in due to insufficient sleep. Moreover, it was repetitive. I stopped altogether after that.

3 simple rules:
  1. Focus on bottom left corner
  2. Always fill up the bottom row, left to right
  3. Merge the bottom row numbers without moving the corner stone. In the above case, it's sliding left.

Plants vs Zombies 2 - Wild West Day 18

Well, perhaps it will help someone to cross this stage. It seems that all those ridiculous stages are cleared using the least obvious but easiest methods. The tactical spikeweed and walnut. 2 lightning rod for insurance but read the best post that it wasn't needed.

Convert Micro-SIM to Nano-SIM

Convert Micro SIM to Nano SIM for iPhone 5.
Convert SIM to Nano SIM for iPhone 4.

I have personally not tried it yet, but it may be useful to you.
I will try it as soon as I get my iPhone 5.

Found this guide by Christian von der Ropp.

After you have cut your SIM, you might like to get an adapter.

Disclaimer: Follow these instructions at your own risk. Cutting your SIM card may destroy it!

  1. Download and print this page at 100% scale on a A4-size page.
  2. Fix your SIM card with double-sided tape to the printed template.
  3. Use a ruler and a marker to draw the cut lines onto your SIM card.
  4. Cut your SIM card along the drawn lines using scissors or pen knife. Cutting contacts usually does not impact functionality as the actual chip below is much smaller.
  5. Round the edges by grinding them with sandpaper or a filer.
Including tolerance defined by ETSI specifications (p.20) (+30µm/-70µm) NanoSIMs (0.67mm) are just 60µm thinner than a Mini SIM (2FF) or Micro SIM (3FF) (both 0.76mm), which corresponds to the thickness of a human hair and thus does not make a difference in practice, notably not on the iPhone 5.

BEGINNER GUIDE

This guide will help you understand the game and buildup properly to be the most efficient. First thing you need to understand is HOW THE UNITS & HEROES work.

1: HEROES - There are 3 types of heroes in this game. Courage, Instinct and Wisdom. Each hero will be based on these 3 stat categories. 1 of these 3 categories will be higher. That's how you know what kind of units he's good with.

2: UNITS - There are also 3 types of units in this game. Instead of calling them Courage/Instinct/Wisdom, they call them Synthetic, Aircraft and Biotic .
Courage stats will be used by Synthetic units
Instinct stats will be used by Aircraft units
Wisdom stats will be used by Biotic units

Example : Be aware that aircraft won't be using your hero's courage & biotic stats. He will only use INSTINCT.

- Courage stats will provide extra Damage against enemy units. Also, It will provide you extra defense against its own category (COURAGE/SYNTHETIC) units

- INSTINCT stats will provide extra Damage against enemy units. Also, It will provide you extra defense against its own category (INSTINCT/AIRCRAFT) units

- WISDOM stats will provide extra Damage against enemy units. Also, It will provide you extra defense against its own category (WISDOM/BIOTIC) units

3: Now that you have understood heroes & units, you will also need to understand their equipment. There are 6 types of equipment.
-WEAPON-AMPLIFIER-IMPLANT
-ARMOR-SHIELD-HELMET

- Weapon equipment only uses COURAGE stats and can only be used by SYNTHETIC units. Or else it won't provide any extra damage if the hero carries BIOTIC or AIRCRAFT units
- Amplifier equipment only uses INSTINCT stats and can only be used by AIRCRAFT units.
- Implant equipment only uses WISDOM stats and can only be used by BIOTIC units

- Armor equipment will grant you extra defense against SYNTHETIC units
- Shield equipment will grant you extra defense against AIRCRAFT units
- Helmet will give you the ability to carry extra troops during battle.

Blood & Glory Strategy Guide & Tips (Update)

  • Platforms:  iPhone, Android
  • Developer: Glu Mobile
  • Genre: Action
  • Released: Nov 17, 2011

Blood and Glory Combos
Tornado Slash (BEST, I only use this)
UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, UP

*Update: Try adding a backhand before the combo. I will test it out. **I have tested, but NOT successful.

This is a bug that can help you do some great damage. Basically if you do the Tornado Slash and then immediately use your special attack, your first hit of your special attack will take triple damage.
Backhand, Up, Up, Down, Down, Up (triple damage), Special Attack, Up (triple damage), Up, Up, Down, Down, Up (triple damage). This gives you 17 attacks per enemy combo & a quadruple boost to your Crowd Bonus (integral on first battles). Again, I will test it out. **I have tested, but NOT successful.

Earth Strike (MEDIUM)
UP, UP, UP, DOWN

Spin Attack (GOOD)
LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT
RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT
